When two generations come together to do the same job there are many things that could go wrong, but just as easily there are many beautiful things that can take place.
Here at Maynard's we have reached that point in our journey. We now have members of the 5th generation playing big roles for us. Helping us to join the big scary world of the internet. Things like Facebook, Instagram and running our own website. It has been a time consuming task teaching those who don't know how to do these things, and it has now come down to just letting the ones who know how to work things just do it on their own. We have had the chance to teach our new generation how to do all the tasks that help to keep an office working smoothly. Helping them develop skills that are important to having any job in the management field. With both generations learning from each other we are growing stronger bonds that seem to be fading in today's world. It is a blessing to be able to work with, teach, and spend time with family in ways that we never thought we would. "Families are like branches on a tree, we grow in different directions yet our roots remain as one"
